She went over every detail of my mother’s current health, as well as the upcoming care and tests she will need, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Ms. Kelli Kraaz, APRN is the most through and efficient healthcare provider that I ever encountered. She is friendly, caring, and a wonderful listener. She checks you from head to toe and does a thorough in-take of your past medical history. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a competent and knowledgeable healthcare provider.

Kelli is professional, thorough, caring and considerate. She listened to the symptoms, asked the right questions and explained ( in detail) what she believed to be going on. After providing medical service and guidance, she followed up to make sure that I was feeling better.
