We called Kelli to come in and see my elderly mother with an advanced life ending disease, that needed to be treated at home. My mother was a very difficult person before she became sick. She was even worse after she got sick. We explained to Kelli in detail our issues. Kelli was up for the challenge. Myself, my brother and a family friend, all waited for Kelli's first visit outside to once again explain what she was up against. When I say Kelli preformed miracles with my mother, I do not use the word "miracles" in jest. After first being told to "get out" of her house by my mother, Kelli switched to a plan B. A plan that won my mother over 110%. I can honestly say my mother loved seeing Kelli. Kelli was able to adapt to anything my mother could throw at her, and won my mother's approval. My family and I will be forever grateful to Kelli for the treatment, care, respect and earthly miracles Kelli preformed. I cannot say enough about how positive the experience with Kelli was. I call her "Kelli", not out of disrespect to her credentials, but because she became family.
